Growing Together: Support for Lesbian Couples

Long-term relationships create opportunities for personal and spiritual growth as well as challenges to daily living. This series, for lesbian partners who have been together for 4 or more years, will meeting in San Francisco for 9 sessions: 7 Monday evenings for 2 hours and 1 Saturday morning for 4 hours.

Our time will be spent in discussion and activities that will allow you to explore and understand: relationship strengths, your response to your partner, persistent unwanted patterns and how to improve the quality of relationship. We will have fun as we learn new ways of being who we are and can be together. Facilitator: Linda Silver, MFT, conducts a psychotherapy practice in San Francisco and San Rafael, integrating hypnotherapy and EMDR. Linda has worked with couples, individuals and groups for many years and believes in the healing power of groups. She has been meeting with a couple's group for the past two years and has been with her partner for 17 years.
