Fran practices in downtown San Francisco. She recently retired as the Director of Program Services for the San Francisco Chronic Pain
Management Center, Kaiser Permanente, and, before that, as Director of Training for the South San Francisco Chemical Dependency Program. Her professional work over the past thirty-five years has included private practice settings, University Counseling Centers, Medical Residency programs, and health psychology programs.
Fran works with adult individuals and couples, using both psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. While specializing in chronic pain management and addiction recovery, she also helps deal with anxiety, depression, insomnia, phobias, loss and grief, stress, relationships, and adjustments to life transitions.
Fran provides professional consultation in the development of multidisciplinary pain management programs, and consults to therapists working in the area of chronic pain management.
