Dr. Soo-Hoo worked for over 20 years in the San Francisco Community Mental Health System, prior to teaching at Cal State East Bay in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program. He is the Clinical Director of the Family Therapy Clinic at MRI, where he founded and co-directed the “Difficult Kids Center.” He has published in multi-cultural psychology and Strength Based Integrative Brief Therapy and has special interests in innovative, culturally relevant approaches to psychotherapy. Dr. SooHoo presents, trains, supervises and consults internationally.
